Very friendly staff and great service all around. I usually go to Colerain Midas, but they no longer perform any transmission services, so they pointed me to Mr. Transmission in Sharonville.

My mechanic said go to the dealer and a customer said go try Mr. Transmission in Sharonville, I talked to Chris and he told me, Try the dealership consumer affairs they might help you out and I wonder who turns down business. The dealer told me with 85,000 miles, my warranty was up at 84,000 , I went back to Chris and ordered the transmission and with his lot full of cars, he had my transmission in within four days and he had it done within two days. I said wow thank you for doing it so fast. He knew I had a rental car for the whole time, He gave me a three-year or 100,000 mile warranty and because it’s a sealed transmission he said, come every year and he will check it out for me It’s been over a month since I had this done and everything‘s working fine so now I’m giving him a fantastic review for his business He had a better price than the dealer and fantastic service. Thank You Chris, You and your awesome crew were very very kind. My nerves were totally shot, breaking down while roadtripping!! The guys were very helpful in loading my camper, getting me on the road again!! Thanks to yas all—truly one of a kind!!!

Stopped in and talked to Chris about my 86 Pontiac Parisienne. They towed her for free and rebuilt the transmission. I figured $1500 and he said about $1600 after tax. When i came in to pick her up the bill was $1750. I said Chris had said $1600 so that’s what they charged me. Truly expected $1500 as they have a coupon on their website for $100 off major service. My exhaust had blown a weld during one of their test drives and i noticed the day after i picked her up. I called and they had me come in the following Monday when Chris would be back. They threw her on a lift and welded it back together. Good to go! She sat for more than a year while i saved money to get her going again. Even after that amount of time the increase in power after the rebuild in my car that i drove for 13 years is easily noticed by me. Thoroughly happy with the service and when i need transmission service they’ll get another call.

I'll never take a vehicle here again. Simple pressure plate and flywheel change out on my car and they managed to break parts which I had to replace at my expense. They also didn't mount my brake line back on correctly so the wheel rubbed a hole in it and I had to buy a new brake line and fix that. I have to take my car to the dealer to get a couple things fixed too that were not wrong with it till after it had been worked on by Mr. Transmission.
